Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, due to VAT tax complications for small business I only offer international shipping through my Etsy shop.
How long will it take for my package to get here?
Usually domestic shipping is 3-7 business days but please allow up to two weeks with potential postal delays.
When will my order ship?
This is an independantly owned shop that means I pack all the orders myself and I usually ship items on Monday's so it spends less time sitting in the post office over the weekend.
My package hasn't updated out of 'label created' status?
If your package hasn't updated it may not update until it is out for delivery. Sometimes items go unscanned in big batches with USPS.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final unless stated on the listing. All the fine details of every item are listed in the description this includes size, material and any additional info you might be looking for! Make sure to review this before making your final purchase.
Something I ordered is being returned how can I get it?
If you entered your address incorrectly or didn't pick up an item from the post office, I am not held responsible. Your item will be returned to me and you can take a refund minus shipping cost or I can reship the item with a new shipping fee included.
What if my package goes missing?
If there is any issues with your tracking you'll need to reach out to your local postal service. Once I have shipped the item it is in the hands of the postal service and I'm no longer responsible.
My item is damaged what can you do?
I quality check every single item before packing it. If somehow I missed something you can contact me with within 5 days from the package being marked as delivered. If your item was damaged during transit please contact me so I can assist you.
Will an item be returning to your shop?
If it's going to be restocked I'll be posting about it on my social medias with restock information follow me on Twitter and Instagram.
I see an item listed on your Etsy shop that is not listed on your Big Cartel shop.
